Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Start your trip from Kathmandu, arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport. Upon arrival, a representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu. The rest of the time is free for leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing
At 8:00 AM, begin the temple tour. Visit Pashupatinath Temple before 9:00 AM to attend the Aarti, followed by visits to Jal Narayan (Sleeping Vishnu) Temple and Guheshwari Mata Temple. Return to the hotel and prepare for the next day’s travel. You may also visit Thamel Market for shopping. In the evening, attend a briefing session and group introduction. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi
After breakfast, travel to Syabrubesi (2380m) via a scenic but challenging 7-8 hour drive. The road conditions are rough, making the journey tiring. Upon arrival, check in to the guesthouse. Dinner and overnight stay in Syabrubesi.

Day 4: Syabrubesi to Kyirong (Entering China)
After an early breakfast, proceed to the Nepal-China border at Rasuwagadhi (1850m), about 15 km / 1 hour from Syabrubesi. Complete immigration formalities and cross the border on foot into China. Travel 110 km in a Tibetan-controlled bus to reach Kyirong (2700m). Check-in, relax, and enjoy tea/coffee provided by the kitchen crew. Dinner and overnight stay in Kyirong.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Kyirong
This day is reserved for acclimatization to Tibet’s high altitude. Take a short hike around Kyirong or engage in bhajan/katha sessions at the guesthouse. If conditions permit, the group may proceed to Saga for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Kyirong to Saga / Zhongba
Drive through mountainous terrain and cross the Yarlung Tsangpo (Brahmaputra River) before reaching Saga (4640m). Saga is a vibrant Tibetan town with restaurants, markets, and guesthouses. If time permits, the group may continue to Zhongba (Dongba) to reduce travel time for the next day. Dinner and overnight stay at Saga.

Day 7: Saga to Lake Mansarovar
A significant spiritual day as you reach Lake Mansarovar (4590m) and get your first darshan of Mount Kailash. The drive is long but scenic, with multiple check-posts. Arrive at Lake Mansarovar, check-in at the guesthouse, and enjoy the beautiful night view of the lake. Dinner and overnight stay at Mansarovar.

Day 8: Mansarovar to Darchen
Early morning, take a holy bath and perform puja/havan at Lake Mansarovar. Travel via Rakshasa Taal and Chiu Gompa, completing 70% of the Mansarovar Parikrama. Proceed to Darchen (4575m) and check into the hotel. Prepare for the next day’s Kailash Kora. Dinner and overnight stay at Darchen.

Wake up early and drive to Tarboche – Yam Dwar, the starting point of Mount Kailash Parikrama. Trek 13 km to Dirapuk Monastery (5210m), facing Kailash’s majestic North Face. Dinner and overnight stay at Dirapuk.

Start early morning and trek to Dolma-La Pass (5630m), the highest point of the journey. Descend towards Gauri Kund and continue to Zuthulpuk Monastery (4790m). Dinner and overnight stay at Zuthulpuk.
